What we do

For shippers

Tell us what needs to move: origin, destination, timing and freight details. We arrange the load with a licensed motor carrier and coordinate pickup and delivery, so you have one point of contact for the shipment.

Request a shipment

For carriers

We work with independent motor carriers that hold active operating authority. If you run truckload equipment, email us to be considered for loads.

Work with us

NorthMile is a freight broker, not a motor carrier. We do not own or operate trucks; transportation is performed by the licensed carriers we contract with.

How it works

  1. Request

    Send shipment details to office@northmile.us.

  2. Arrange

    We arrange the load with a licensed motor carrier.

  3. Move

    The carrier picks up and delivers; we coordinate between shipper and carrier.

  4. Close

    Delivery is confirmed and the shipment is invoiced.
